Tracking order
Thank you for shopping at the Harmonica Store! We know you're eager to receive your MoralGain INC harmonica as soon as possible. This page will guide you on how to track your order.
How to track your order Within 5 business days of your order, we will send you an email with your tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout. Once you receive the email, you can track your package in one of two ways:
- Click on the link in the email: The most convenient way is to simply click on the tracking link we provide in the email. This link will take you directly to the carrier's official website, where you can check the real-time location of your package and its latest delivery status.
- Track on our website:
- Visit our "Order Tracking" or "Track My Order" page, which is usually located at the top of our website.
- Enter the order number and tracking number received in the order confirmation email.
- Click on the "Track" button to see how your package has moved.
Overview of shipping schedules
- Order Processing: We promise to process your order and upload tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, your package is expected to arrive within 15 calendar days of shipment. Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local logistics efficiency in the destination country, or force majeure events (e.g., bad weather, holidays).
Frequently asked questions and tips
- Tracking information not updating? When a package has just been shipped, tracking information may not be displayed immediately. The first update usually takes 24-48 hours to show. If you haven't been tracked for a long time, please contact us.
- The package status says "Delivered", but I haven't received it yet? Please check your email address first or if there are any neighbors or family members who received the package on your behalf. Sometimes couriers may leave packages in hidden locations. If you still can't find it, please contact the carrier or us as soon as possible.
- Need to change your shipping address? Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address details when placing your order.
